Hajj 2013 – Update

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE :  10  JUNE. 2013

 Following Conditions Apply: 

1. Should have a Valid Proof of belonging to Nizam State.
2. Should have a Valid Cover Number from HCOI.

This Year Ration Card is not a requirement anymore. So everyone who meets the above 1 & 2 conditions can apply.

Online Draw date shall be Announced on Site , once all Applications are received.

 Candidates selected by the Hajj Committee with valid Cover Number can Register for Free stay online for Hajj 2013

Important Notice : Guests should mention confirmed travelling details in the application email. After getting Approval if there is a delay in check in for more than 24 Hrs ,then the Approval gets cancelled automatically unless there is a change request made in advance.

Approval priority shall be given as per the below mentioned status (Top to bottom)

1. Guest on valid Umrah Visa ( During the Umrah Season)

2. Guest on valid Visit Visa through out the umrah season. ( No permission will be granted during Ramadan and Hajj )

3. Guest holding valid Residential Permits through out the umrah season ( No permission will be granted during Ramadan and Hajj )
